You have not mentioned your complaints and the reason why you underwent this test. So without proper case history it is difficult to give opinion. In general TLC stands for total leucocyte count and it tends to get elevated in case infections, this is the general scenario and usually there is no need for alarm, as good antibiotics can correct infection and count will come down. But there are certain conditions where TLC can be very high and has serious etiological factors.
