What Are The Possible Medications To Gain Weight?

How can I gain weight? I do a lot of walking to and from college and I feel that it may be a contributing factor - it takes about 35 minutes to walk from college to my house. I am extremely skinny, my ribs are visible and I feel like I am losing more weight than I am gaining. I am 17 years old and I am 8 stones; I don t excercise or go to the gym as I feel this will make me more skinny.

There are two separate issues: weight and size, some people are heavy(increased weight), others are obese(more fatty tissue). If you wish to increase weight, diet is an important factor: eat lots of oily and fried foods, ghee or clarified butter, eggs, apples daily and a high starchy diet. Going to the gym builds muscles and that also adds weight. It is a misconception that folks go to gym only to lose weight! Walking is fine, don't give it up, it keeps you fit. You don't wish to be lean AND sick as well!
