What Are The Possible Treatments For Pus From Penis?
I haven't had unprotected sex but a few weeks ago I noticed some pus coming from my penis. It burned a bit like a urinary tract infection.
A few days before I noticed the pain, I had worn jeans without underwear and noticed that my penis was rubbing against the zipper and was a bit sore, could the pus be from irritation or an infection from it rubbing?
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!
Pus from the penis is almost always due to infection and you may need to go to a medical specialist for a prescription for an antibiotic. I would also suggest getting a culture and a urinalysis. Protected sex is not always 100% protection and there are a lot of factors involved in condom use. The best protection is avoidance of exposure and having a single lifetime partner.
