What Are The Possible Ways To Cure Endometriosis Cysts ?

Hi Dr. Manjunath,
I have 2 endometriosis cysts, around 8cm each. As I am scheduled to get married in July, my doctor recommends that I wait until 3 months after marriage to have surgery. In the meantime, I'm taking contraceptive pills to stop menstruation and avoid further enlargement of the cysts.

I'm 3 days into taking the medication and I currently have my period. I am feeling a slight discomfort in my right stomach. Is it possible for the cyst to rupture?

I am worried that I should not be waiting so long to get the cysts out?
