What Are The Precautions To Be Taken For Preventing Eye Pain While Working?

I am working as a business development executive , so i have to do lot of data entry work at office .
last two days iam felling not well bcs my eyes getting so much pain and i am also think my head will be blast .
can u suggest me the best precaution e for this broblem

You must be handling computer for quite some time have to keep the computer in proper distance from eye. In desktop computer should be at your eye level.Blinking should be proper.In between take some rest close your eyes then open and lookoutside. Use antiglare glass.Use artificial tear drop.
