I have noted the details. Based on the description, it seems to be a case of
febrile seizures. Febrile seizures can occur in children upto the age of six, when they have
high fever.
They need not be started on anti-epileptic medications, as the risk of seizures coming in the future is less.
However, if the child develops any fever in future, it should be brought down rapidly with
paracetamol and
cold sponging.
