What Are The Pros And Cons Of Duphaston, Folvite And Fertigyn Injection?

My wife is in first month of her pregnancy. Doctor has prescribed Tablet Duphaston twice daily after meal, tablet Folvite once everyday after meal and injection Fertigyn (5000iu)-1M twice weekly. Pleaes let me know the pros and cons of the medicines. Are they safe?

these drugs are safe in pregnancy.these willhelp for progression of pregnancy and decrease the risk of abortion.
