What Are The Reasons For A 11 Year Old Having Lump In Underarm, Bloody Nose, Lower Rib Cage Pain And Bruising?

11 year old child has large painless lump in underarm, bloody noses & has been bruising easily. He also lately has complained of a dull pain behind his lower ribcage. He saw Dr. today, had nose cauterized & Dr. thinks the lump is a hematoma Will recheck in 3 weeks. Am very worried.

if by examination and history of easy bleeding it's likely that the underarm lump is haematoma.
As advised by your doctor it definitely resolve over to 3 weeks time depending on the size.

There is no cause for concern. .
