What Are The Reasons For Gaining Weight, Tiredness And Presence Of Large Lump Below Left Shoulder Blade?

My 21 year old daughter has put over a stone in weight on in the last few months and has been complaining of tiredness. Today she has found a large lump just below her left shoulder blade. Previously, she has seen her GP about a small lump on her neck which is still there.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe your daughter has gained a weight of a stone, in last few months.
It might be due to the life style, and the dietary habits.
The lumps may not be related to the weight gain, they may be the lipomas.
If she want to controle the weight, it can be achieved by 3 steps.
1)avoid calories, fats, junk foods, and fries.
2)practice morning walk,yoga,gardening,etc.
3)minimize the sleeping time, late to bed and early to rise. Avoid day time sleep.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
