ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

The diagnosis of tuberculosis is most probably right and you should continue the tb medications, he will be alright in a few days bit the course of medication is generally 5-6 months and i would strongly advice you to follow it completely.Dont worry, he will improve in another few days and will be fine.
Thanks
