What Are The Reasons For Spotting And Discharge During Urination?

Hello, for the past week when i go pee I ve notice some spotting of blood when i wipe not all day maybe once or twice throughout the day and my disharge has an oder and I ve never had an odor down there it s actually quite embarrassing. I ve had some let cramps. I do not get my period regularly. Please help =)

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms. They are suggestive of a vaginal infection. you would need to be examined by your OBGYN. He/she may collect a sample for testing and treatment. Some of the infections can be caused by parasite, fungal or bacteria. Only a good clinical exam and some laboratory testing would reveal the exact cause and guide treatment choices.
