What Are The Reasons For Twitching In Upper Lip And Numbness While Chewing?
Yesterday my upper lip was twitching at one point as though it was having a muscle spasm. Today when I was eating dinner my mouth felt almost numb, different when I was chewing. It was almost difficult. When I drink my mouth seems to tip to one side.

From history it seems that you might be having facial palsy i.e. paralysis of facial muscles, most probably Bell's palsy, giving rise this problem.
