Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having pain in my left jaw upper and lower. Feels like it s in the bone like a toothache but I ve had xrays and my teeth are fine. The pain has been there for a couple of days, but it comes and goes, but is getting worse and staying longer wo relief.
Thanks for your query, the pain in the upper and lower jaw could be possibly because of the decay in the teeth, since you are telling your teeth are fine it might be because of the infection of the gums so you can get your teeth cleaned once...the other possible cause of the jaw pain could be because of the jaw joint disorder...it causes pain in the muscles around the oral cavity..to rule out that you have to take some radiographs of the joint like TMJ views...consult a oral physician for further investigation.. i hope my answer will help you..
