on my penis i have some redness and some dots but not big bubbles. i amd 15 years old and never had any type of sex, but do masturbate. it looks like really just dry sking in some areas. on one part there is just a row of these dots. i know it's not herpes. i was wondering what it is, and i've been putting vasoline and cetaphil moisterizing cream, but that doesn't help. help.
