What Are The Red Circles Under The Eyes?
hi - my daughter now 19, has been getting red circles under her eyes and also her hands to her wrist. mostly the left hand (she is right handed). we have tried everything. we have looked a tmakeup, food. She looks terrible and is very self cauntious.
