What Are The Red Patches On My Son S Skin?
hi, my son (33 yrs old) has red patches on the insides of his arms, on his chest and around the base of his neck for a week now and they started to get itchy...since he is too busy at work he could not see a doctor yet. He recently moved to a furnished apt and also started a new job. What do you think these patches are?

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I recommend to use an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily for local application. I also suggest to use a steroid cream for local application such as Hydrocortisone cream.
