I had sex with a girl 7 months ago. We used a condom for part but after condom broke we did not use protection for extended time. The day after I felt a tingling in my penis head. Three days later there were small red splotches around the head of my penis. At this point I went to see a doctor. He ordered tests for HIV; syphilis; herpes; hep. All came back negative. He then prescribed two different regimes of two week applications of triamcinolone acetonide. The medicine did nothing, besides making the skin of my shaft very dry and weak so that it ripped at one point during sex and now the scar opens up every other time I have sex. The tingling sensation continued for at least four months, almost reaching the point that I felt that I was wetting myself during the day. At this time (January 2014) I tested negative for HIV; gonorrhea; syphilis; and chlamydia. The red splotches on my penis head have persisted, and I recently had a small opening on the bottom of my penile shaft. I would appreciate any guidance or medical opinion about my situation.
