I have a few spot of redness around my penis area, 2 in my pubic hair area and one on the shaft of my penis. There is no pain at all and the spots seem too be going away. I have only had sex with one person in my life. My biggest fear right now is that i have genital herpes. Is there anything else it could be? the spots are about the size of a pea and are just red, nothing else.
