I am 24yrs old girl. In my face, sometimes pimple in coming when my period time is going on, but becoz of that in my face pimple & pimples mark is looking more. I want fresh clear & glowing face... my colour is yellowish white. I want like young age skin without dullness & pimple marks. I want beautiful face without black spots. because me skin is white in colour, black spots are finding dark ... pl help me what can I do to get my clear & pimples fress skin.

There are various oral antibiotics like doxycycline/minocycline/azithromycin which are prescribed according to the grade of acne. I usually prescribe my patients to apply clindamycin gel in the morning and retinoic acid and benzoylperoxide alternative nights.
