What Are The Risks Of Swimming In An Outdoor Pool And Eating Grapefruit While On Letrozole For Breast Cancer?

I am on letrozole for 5 years having been operated for breast cancer last May. I didn t have any radio or chemo therapy. I am 73 ears old. I would like to know what are the risks of swimming in open air pool in a sunny country. Also, I just read that I shouldn t eat grapefruit if I take letrozole as it interfere with oestrogen production. Is that so? I have never sunburnt before.
