Hi,
Emergency contraceptive is high dose of hormones. You took it and same day started with regular contraceptive pill. This causes hormonal imbalance in menstrual cycle and couple of future cycles are likely to suffer. Please stop your routine contraceptive for the month.
Throw away incomplete pack of pills. Use contraceptive like condom in the month. Let the period follow and start with fresh pack of your routine contraceptive on 5th day of cycle. To follow your routine dose as advised by your gynecologist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
