What Are The Side Effects And Dosage Of Lyrica?

I was just diagnosed with advanced polyneuropthy. 47 year old male. Smoker and recovering alcoholic. Advanced in 3 months from feet to mid torso. Electromyography scheduled. I have constant pain especially in legs. Sensitive to slightest brushing of legs, putting on pants. Question for you is about Lyrica-dosage and side effects. Doctor is giving me sample to try. What should I expect from this drug? Thanks

Hi,

You can start with a mild dose of Lyrica and gradually increase the dose, but should not not to be excessive. Most common side effects are dizziness, drowsiness, constipation, tremor dry mouth, weight gain, etc.
