What Are The Side Effects Of Adderall?

I have taken adderall before and it has been so helpful I am a different person and feel so much better. I have talked to my Dr about taking it again since I have moved but he doesn t seem to take me seriously Is it unusual for an older person to have the need to take adderall? My insurance even covers it
