What Are The Side Effects Of Apo-Triazide Tablets?

I am a 70 yr old female and have taken one half tablet of 50 mg &25 M of Apo-Triazide each morning for approximately the last five years The last few weeks I have experienced dizziness upon arising and also when lying in bed. THe last three days my blood pressure readings have been 119 over 82 Pulse 86; 100 over 58 pulse 71 and 104 over 47 pulse 56 this morning. IS this something I should be concerned about. I didn t think it wise to stop taking my Meds or decreasing the dosage on my own.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You are correct in stating that it would be best not to decrease the medication on your own.

Dizziness can be related to low blood pressure so if it is bothering you then it would be best to be assessed by your doctor.
If you do not use enough fluids then this would also be a cause for dizziness.

I hope this helps
