My insurance changed my daughters birth control azzerette(?) from a tier 1 to a tier 2 they tell me We can get Apri, CaziantEmoquette, reclipsen or Velivet in the tier 1. whats the difference and are the side effects any different in any of these compared to the Azzerette

As long as the hormone contained oral contraceptive are concern they have same properties and have same side effect, in my opinion this need to be avoid as long as it is possible, due to uncertain side effects mainly long term, and endocrine related, hope this information helps, take care.
