Hello,
Yes, Asmanex can cause an
urinary tract infection. However most bladder infections are caused by bacteria which normally live in the gut. You didn't write if You are male or female but bladder infections are common in women and more than half of all women get at least one bladder infection in their lives.
Burning when urinating, blood in urine, fever and pain in the lower part of abdomen, urinating more often than usual, strong odor are the symptoms of a bladder infection.
In my opinion You should make an urine test to check if the bacteria is present or not. If the bacteria is present Your doctor will prescribe You an antibiotic.
Please not that Asmanex can cause such side effects as:
fungal infections in the mouth and throat (You should rinse Your mouth after using),
rash,
swelling of the face,
increased risk of infection,
adrenal insufficiency,
headache,
sinus and upper
respiratory tract infection,
painful menstrual periods,
muscle and
bone pain.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
