What Are The Side Effects Of Atripla?

I started HIV medication (Atripla) Friday night. I woke up at 5:30 am feeling very nausea's and started vomiting. I was vomiting on and off from 5:30 am till 2pm. I figured the intense vomiting was from food poisoning because I ate a questionable chicken sandwich earlier that Friday. Saturday I feel horrible all day from the vomiting and was nausea's all day. Took my 2nd pill saturday night and on Sunday I was nausea's all day long - no vomiting but had stomach pains and could only eat soup (which I felt like I was going to vomit up but I didn't). On Monday I had to be up at 6 am for work - when I woke up, I was very nausea's and disoriented, I couldn't walk in a straight line for about 30 minutes. I had some yoghurt for breakfast and went to work. All day at work I was nausea's, disoriented and couldn't concentrate. I had stomach pains off and on and felt like I was going to vomit. When I got home about an hour later I was finally feeling better. I had a piece of pizza and two wings and 10 minutes after eating it I vomited - I figured it was a combination of my stomach being sensitive from the food poisoning and the side effects of the medication. This morning when I woke up for work, the nausea was very intense, I didn't go to work. When I poop it is a weird green color and when I press on my stomach it hurts. Are these normal side affects or should I be calling my doctor?
