What Are The Side Effects Of Azathioprine?

my left tear duct is blocked and my Dr. prescribed eye drops Azatyte a few months ago and I had some left over so I used it. I had an immediate burning sensation in the tear duct, and sinuses. It is now very swollen and painful (pressure and throbbing) so I took some Hydrocodene that we had from a previous dental prescription. Then I remembered the Dr. had prescribed amoxicillin with the eye drops so I had some in the house and I took one of those. The result is that I m nauseas, my eye is still tearing and the whole left side of my face is swollen. I can breathe without any problem and would rather wait until morning to see my Dr. Is it safe to wait or should I go to the ER I
