What Are The Side Effects Of Bisoprolol, Ramipril And Aspirin?

I take Ramapril 2.5mgs atrovastin 40mgs bisoprolol 1.25mgs asprin 75 mgs daily following MI two years ago,I believe that my increased anxiety, tiredness, and irritability its like a change in personality are due to side effects to one or more of these tablets, my alcohol intake is within guidlines 16 to 21 units per week ave pulse rate at rest 48 to 52 B/P130/60 otherwise very fit ave weight get lots of exercise.
