What Are The Side Effects Of Candid V6 Tablets?

Hi, my wife was prescribed by doctors for taking candid v6 tablets for 6 consecutive nights. But tonight she forgot to keep the pill in her vegina on the last night(6th night). Shall she continue the last tablet on the next night. Does this lead to any side effects.

Dear Patient,

It is perfectly safe for your wife to continue the Candid V6 insert the next night. The Candid V6 pessary is well tolerated by most women. Since side effects have not occurred till the 5th day and the 5th insertion, they will not occur when your wife inserts the last pessary this night. I would like to tell you just for the sake of information that some of the common side effects of Candid V6 are itching, burning, irritation, redness, swelling, fever and foul smelling discharge. Sometimes, allergic reactions occur in some women.
These side effects only occur in those women who are allergic to Clotrimazole. Alcohol must not be consumed when Candid V6 is inserted.

Your wife can feel perfectly safe to insert the pessary tonight.
