Ok, first of all nutritional supplements are not regulated and you cannot be at all sure they have what they say they have. Rarely, they have actually had pharmaceuticals in them. Then, all of the ingredients mentioned are commonly also found in food, so if the vitamin DID have what it said in it and nothing else, it would be no more hazardous (nor better) than food.
