What Are The Side Effects Of Clavum 625?
Hello,My father suffered from stroke two months ago on the left side of the brain.While he was in hospital he got high fever due to some infection,Doctors used Clavum 625 antibiotic medicine for more 1.5 months.Now it is stopped,I wanted to know if the prolonged use of such antibiotic has some severe side effects for such prolonged use?

Clavum 625 contains amoxicillin and clavulanic acid which is a penicillin type antibiotic is used to treat bacterial infections of lungs, skin, ear, sinuses, soft tissue, urinary tracts, joints, teeth etc. Side effects of clavum are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, difficulty in ingestion, headache, allergic reactions, rashes, joint pain, muscle pain, GIT upset, convulsions, painful intercourse, taste alteration, sleeplessness, irregular heartbeats, discoloration of teeth etc.
