What Are The Side Effects Of Combiflam Tablet?

Hi Doctor female, 28. Day before yesterday, I consumed 17 combiflame tablets, 500mg/each. After 2-3 hours of taking the medicines , I had vomiting 4-5 times and some blood also came out with vomiting. Now I m having pain in my chest , stomach and lower part of waist, hips etc. if m eating something I feel vomit. I can t tell anyone about the medicines I took. even can visit the doctor.

Hello
Combiflam ( ibuprofen+paracetamol ) 17 tablets at once .
This causes vomiting , pain in abdomen ,chest burn as all these symptoms were or ( are ) due to side effect of high dosage of paracetamol and ibuprofen .
You develop acute gastritis .
Now take antacid with oxetacaine ( local anesthetic ) take 20-40 ml 4-5 times in day ( every 4-6 hours ) , this is only an option because you are reluctant to visit hospital or doctor .
Take plenty of water sip by sip ( home remedy ) with frequent milk same as sip by sip .
This will remain for 5-10 days due to acute gastritis caused by combiflam.
Since you are 28 yrs , you should not do such type of act.
