I was on depo for 2 1/2 years. And I didn t have a AF and I had my last shot June 23. And still no AF. Took a pergency test and it came back neg. I have head acks every day. Bloated n feel sick. Food smells make my belly turn. Is this normal after depo? I have 2 kids (6-3) and I know what s its like being pregnant.

Hello and thank you for your question.
It is possible that it can take 6-12 months for periods to get back to normal after coming off depo provera. The headaches and bloated feeling are probably not related to stopping the depo. Make sure you exercise and drink plenty of water daily
Regards
