Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I am sorry for the health problems your sister is going through. Diamox (Azetazolamide) is a diuretic used to reduce the increased pressure on your eyes. I do not think the problems she is experiencing now is due to Diamox, but most likely related to heart failure. As you say, her heart function is reduced from 60% to 35%. About why she has been sleepy all the time.
I think you should consult further with her cardiologist to evaluate the heart function for proper management.
Whatever it will happen, remember that is for her own good of not making her suffering anymore.
All the best and God bless.
