Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
The symptoms you experience is due to a severe drop in your blood pressure. It means the dose of Diavon is more than you require.
If your doctor is available on the phone, you could ask him/her regarding the course of action you should take. If your doctor is not available,I suggest you stop the medicine for a day and then start with half the dose and monitor your blood pressure regularly till you are able to meet him/her for a proper adjustment of dose or change of medication.
I am available if you have more queries.
Take Care
