What Are The Side Effects Of Fertisure M?

My wife is 28. We have been trying for 6 months to conceive. She has hypothyroidism, but now is under control and has TSh value of 1.35. She also has PCOD which was found only last month. Doctor suggested Siphene 50mg for day 5 to day 9. But unfortunately we didnt get pregnant . Now in the second month doctor suggested Siphene(from day 3 to day 7), Fopymin ,Fertisure F(both for one month). Doc advised us to come on day 12 for a follicular analysis. My questions:
1) Are we following the right treatment?
2) Increase in dosage of siphene is ok?
3) doctor also prescribed Fertisure M for me for one month. I am yet to take a semen analysis. Is it ok if i take it. Are there any side effects?
Expecting a helpful reply. Thanks

Hello
Your wife is a PCOD ( Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ) patient and also hypothyroidism ( cured case ) Not getting pregnancy in spite of 6 month treatment .
Your questions are with answers :
1 Yes both of you are following right treatment and standard treatment.
2 Increasing sodage is O K ?
Note down, Clomefene i.e siphene is used in: Anovulatory infertility 50 mg daily for 5 days starting on the 5th day of menstrual cycle or at any time if there is amenorrhea .
If ovulation does not occur , a 2nd dose of 100 mg for 5 days may be used as commencing as early as 30 days after the previous therapy . Further treatment may not be recommended if pregnancy has not occurred after a total of 6 treatment cycles.
3 Fertisure -M for male . Yes clomiphene citrate used in Oligospermia and infertility cases 25 mg daily for 25 days by a rest period of 5 days for 3 months .
Day 12 will decide the size of dominant follicle which will mature and liberate ovul on 14-15 days.
Hope this information will be helpful for you.
