Hi,
Though this type of side effects with Fixcom 4 is very rare, still there may be minor skin reactions with
pyrazinamide or
rifampicin, which are constituents of Fixcom 4. Also, a rare form of rifampicin induced skin toxicity--
Bullous pemphigoid type reaction is known to occur. Therefore, in my opinion, your symptoms may be related to .Rifampicin some way, at least a possibility.
Hence, in my opinion, the best option seems to drop this medicine from the treatment regimen of your husband at least for a short period and see, if the symptoms subside gradually. If it is so, we may have to stop this drug from your regimen and may be substituted by some other drug like
streptomycin etc., under guidance of your doctor, if so needed.
