What Are The Side Effects Of Gilbert S Disease?

My nephew is an autistic 22yr old male Caucasian who has recently lost 20 #s in a month without trying And c/o increased urination, his bilirubin is @20 my sister says but his other blood work came back fine glucose level @ 85. what could be happening besides diabetes, Gilbert s disease and a blocked common bile duct?
