What Are The Side Effects Of Isopil 50 Mg?

Hello I am Sangeeta. My dermatologist had prescribed 50 mg isopil OD to my 12 year old daughter for her acne. She is having her periods and is having mild bleeding since many days. She has been on this medication over a month now. She also complains of dizziness and headache. Kindly help.

Isopil contains isotretinoin which is related to Vitamin A.Yes it can cause dizziness and headache apart from this it can also cause dry and fragile skin,worsening of acne and increase susceptibility to sunburn.My suggestion would be discuss about the change of dose or change of the drug if bothering much.
