What Are The Side Effects Of Isosorbide Mononitrate?
i had triple bypass surgery several years ago i have not had any trouble with my heart. For the last 2 years i have been taking isosorbide mononirate i missed taking this medicine for 2 weeks and i felt fine i went and picked up the medicine 3 days ago i have been feeling terrible plus i have this headache on my right side behind my ear i hav een using my nitro spray i cant get to the doctor for a couple of days do you think i am going to have a stroke the headache is a little better this morning

Isosorbide nitrate is used to treat or to prevent occurrence of chest pain and it also helps in lowering blood pressure. my opinion is that you should not be worried much because headache is the most symptom seen after with drawl of the drug.
i would advise you to consult your doctor before re starting your drug intake.
