One of the most probable effects of this med. is dizziness and cough, then less probable but still found is, headache, even diarrhea, fatigue and nausea and vomiting. The most important thing you should keep in mind is that it should be immediately interrupted when pregnancy is detected because it is very dangerous for the baby by causing oligohidramnios(which means decreased liquids within the fetal environment) If you have any of the symptoms mentioned above then feel free to consult your doctor/ a cardiologist.
