What Are The Side Effects Of Meclizine?

I am a Social Worker with a client who was just recently placed on Meclizine. He has been on this medication for one week. He is demonstrating signs of hostility, anger, decreased sleep and not caring about much. I have a call into his therapist, should I also contact the prescriber?

meclizine can cause personality disorders such as psychosis and mood changes depending upon the dosage.. I feel you must contact the prescriber as well..
