There are certain adverse effects of this drug although your doctor has prescribed these after considering its benefits more than its side effects. So,the symptoms you are having currently are commonly observed due to this drug.
Although, avoid changing the medicine or dosage on your own. If these symptoms are increasing and causing discomfort in your daily life then talk to your doctor, he will guide you appropriately on it, as he is well aware of your condition and medical history. He will evaluate your condition and suggest necessary changes in the medicine if required so that you can feel better.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
