What Are The Side Effects Of Novial?

Hello! I have a question regarding my birth control. I was taking an european product (Novial) for about 10 years. I recently switches my birth control to Tilia Fe (because Novial wasn't available in the US). After 2/3 months i started getting a lot of zits (not inflamed), a lot of little hump which you can rarely see but definitely feel in the entire face, cleavage and upper back. Could this be from the new birth control?
