What Are The Side Effects Of ORNOF?

I m facing a problem of frequent motion, sometimes loose motion. In past I had multiple surgery of intestine obstruction. I have tried so many tablets but since 3-4 years, now my doc. giving me the tablets name ORNOF & ibset Tab, but I could not understand the doses of these tablets. Can I taken these for long period, any side effects? Please help. My age is 43

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Ofloxacin is an anti biotic which may be taken for 5 to 10 days. The side effects that can occur are
vomiting, Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain; dizziness, headache, hallucinations, insomnia; eosinophilia in addition to leucopenia; dysgeusia; vaginitis; tendon injury and/ or rupture; tremor; anorexia; photosensitivity; allergic reactions.
Ibset (Ramosetron) is used in some countries for irritable bowel syndrome of diarrheal type.
It's use isn't universally accepted and is to be used in men only.
Its long term effects are not known.
