What Are The Side Effects Of Prednisolone?
I am on a short course of Prednisolone 50mg once a day and just had a Twinrix Hep A Hep B vaccination. After the vaccination I looked up Prednisolone on the web and it said "Do not have any vaccinations". What are the consequences? Any possible side effects? Reduced effectiveness of the vaccination?

You took prednisolone 50 mg and also vaccination for Hep A & B .
Precaution is this :Reduce response to vaccination when used concurrently with corticosteroids ( prednisolone ).

Need not to worry , no untoward reaction or no side effect except that prednisolone reduces efficacy of Hep A & B , so in my opinion you should take another shot of this vaccination after the end of prednisolone therapy.
