What Are The Side Effects Of Pregnacare?

Hi, I ve been taking pregnacare for past few days but started taking them even tho I was late on my period. I m just wondering if these aches an pains are due to me coming on or whether it s side effects from the tablets. Should I continue to take the tablets or stop until I have come on. Thank you Gemma

I read your query,as per your concern
Its just vitamin supplement.It has no such side effects.
So there is no harm in continuing it.
These symptoms can be of Pre Menstural Syndrome or pregnancy.
But i cannot comment on pregnancy without any tests.
I would suggest you to wait for few days ,if there is still over due of your period dates then go for urine pregnancy test.
