General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for your daughter.

Abilify (aripiprazole) an antipsychotic medication was apparently used to treat some behaviour & mood problems but unfortunately it was suspected to have caused lupus.

Prozac (Fluoxetine) is an antidepressant medication belonging to selective serotonin re uptake inhibitor group. Generally it is found to be safe, however it can cause drowsiness, sleep disturbances, constipation, increased appetite & weight gain, stomach upset and nervousness.

Hope this answers your query.
