What are the side effects of tendomac? Recently I visited a Ortho Doctor for treatment of continous pain in both legs, specially in both soles. Doctor prescribed me pain killers 1 Tablet daily for a month and Tendomac 3 tablets daily for a month. Want to know if there is any side effect of Tendomac

Hello and thanks for your question. Tendomac is a supplement that contains collagen and other substances to help with tendon support. It is generally well tolerated and has few side effects. It is safe to take long term if it is helpful to you. You could always be allergic to one of the components, but if you are tolerating it well now then you should not develop any new side effects from it. Good health to you.
